• You can only sit it after holding the learner licence for 10 months.
• The exam is split into sections, and each section carries its own pass requirement rather than feeding one combined score.
• Fail a section and you wait 28 days before you can attempt it again.
• The mandatory driving course comes first. Without it you do not reach the test at all.
• We do not publish a question count or a pass mark for the SAAQ exam yet, because we have not sourced those numbers from the SAAQ itself.
