What the licensing body scores

The Class 7 knowledge test does not score road signs as a section of their own. Sign questions are mixed in with the rest of the test, counted toward the same overall mark of 25 of 30 correct.

On the real kiosk the test ends the moment you reach 25 correct answers or 6 wrong ones, and a sign question counts the same as any other question toward those two totals.

65 of the 125 questions written for the Class 7 knowledge test are sign questions and 60 are rules of the road. Every sign is an original drawing and every question is original prose with its own citation, never copied from the exam bank itself.
